A couple of years back I was asked by a school near where I used to live in Gloucestershire to open their school play, in a field. It's a small school, struggling with funds. I had a great night. I was asked to help again this year by joining in a rather terrifying evening of fire-walking to help raise funds. I have to say, it would be right up my street. (along with a parachute jump, always wanted to do that) (maybe next year!) Of course I have been in Spain and so unavailable to test my machismo.
However the evening went really well, even if the fund-raising could have been better, the experiences sound wonderful. Here's the link. I hope you'll agree, it looks really exciting. Go Miserden School!
